Sara is a Spanish physiotherapist from Pamplona, the city known worldwide for the “Running of the bulls”. Physiotherapy has been her vocation ever since she was badly injured at the age of 12 while playing football. Sara graduated from the International University of Catalonia in Barcelona in 2004. In 2005, Sara decided to widen her knowledge as a therapist by doing a 5-year post-graduate course in Osteopathy (from the E.O.M. in Madrid). Sara has also trained in Dry needling and DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization).
After 9 years working in Musculoskeletal, Sports and Road Traffic Accident Rehabilitation in Pamplona, Sara moved to London with her partner with the aim of learning English and sharing knowledge with other professionals from all around the world. She spent 4 years working in busy and demanding clinics in the City of London and South Kensington (including Physical Edge), where she gained a great deal of valuable experience.
Sara believes treating the symptoms is only the first step in the rehabilitation process; tackling the problem at its root and involving the patient in their own recovery are also key factors to provide a more durable solution.
In her spare time, Sara likes running, climbing, playing tennis and also paddle tennis (a rather popular sport in Spain which combines the fun of tennis with the trickiness of being in an enclosed court).

Alice studied for a Master’s in Clinical Health Research in 2016 and completed her

It was in 2019, after the birth of her first daughter, that Alice first started to think

experienced post-childbirth. This was when she came across Women’s Health
physiotherapist Sarah Duvall and the courses run by Core Exercise Solutions. 6
Months later, Alice gained her certification as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise
Specialist. Alice was excited to share this knowledge and help women stay active
during pregnancy and return to their favourite activities after childbirth.
After her husband got posted to Washington D.C., Alice spent 2021-2025 helping
pregnant and postpartum women achieve their goals. Quite often, she would have
clients come to see her who were too nervous to visit their doctor or an internal

them on breathing, posture and muscle imbalances and started to see great results.
In her spare time, Alice loves exercising and reading the latest physiotherapy research
