Camryn is a qualified physiotherapist, specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Sport Injuries, Orthopaedics, and Post Surgery Rehabilitation. She completed her physiotherapy degree at Stellenbosch University in South Africa. Camryn started running competitively from a very young age, which is where her love for movement and physiotherapy came from.
With a passion for musculoskeletal and sport injuries, she has completed certified courses in dryneedling, Pilates mat work and the LYNO® method. She also loves to identify and treat common running errors.
Before moving to Bristol, she worked in Stellenbosch at a private musculoskeletal physiotherapy practice based at one of the top schools in South Africa, where she gained valuable experience working with elite athletes and sport teams.

Gareth qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2012 from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He has 10+ years of private practice experience dealing with musculoskeletal issues and sports injuries.
His post grad studies included OMT (Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy), which is the evidence-based biopsychosocial management of patients with neuro-musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. He has completed dry needling courses and is a BASI qualified Pilates mat work teacher.
Gareth previously was the Head Physio for a South African premier league football team, Golden Arrows FC. He also gained experience working with provincial cricket as well as school boy provincial rugby teams.

Born in Liverpool, Keith began his career as a Junior Physiotherapist at King’s College Hospital London, covering the full range of Physiotherapy specialties. Following this, Keith travelled extensively throughout Asia and Australasia and gained valuable experience in large teaching hospitals in Melbourne and Sydney. On returning to England he took a senior role at Southmead Hospital for 2 years, allowing him to consolidate and develop the knowledge and experience gained on his travels.
In 1991 Keith was the Head Physio at Bristol Rovers. Supporting the team when they took part in the Division 2 Playoffs at Wembley was a significant highlight of his time in this role. Five years later, he was recruited as Head Physiotherapist at Bristol Rugby.
Since 2003, Keith has dedicated himself to establishing Keith James Physiotherapy Clinic building a team of therapists with the skills and experience to meet growing demand for physiotherapy and related services. The clinic has established its reputation as one of the leading providers of physiotherapy and massage therapy in Bristol.
